‘Depression is real!’ cries Jowie after Jacque Maribe’s interview

Jowie

Joseph ‘Jowie’ Irungu, the main suspect in the murder of businesswoman Monica Kimani has never been the same since leaving prison.

Jowie spent one and a half years in prison before he was freed on bond early this year.

The now turned gospel artiste has shared a post about depression and it seems he was talking about his tough past life experience.

‘DEPRESSION IS REAL. PTSD IS REAL. REAL INDEED 🤦🏾‍♂️ #THEONLYEASYDAYWASYESTERDAY’ HE POSTED.

Fans of Jowie reacted to the post, with many asking him to quit social media and take time to heal.

maggiemegan7 Depression is real, if I were you I would let Ella manage the social media accounts, keep off these platforms. You really need to concentrate on healing yourself, pray a lot otherwise the harsh words that people say about you can cause a relapse.
