TV actor Kenneth Gichoka known for his role as Njoro in popular TV drama Papa Shirandula has opened up about the sudden death of his first wife.
In a recent interview on Milele FM, Njoro said he regrets that he did not reach out to his first wife after they went their separate ways.
“WHEN I WAS WITH MY FIRST WIFE, WE WERE SO IN LOVE BUT WHEN I LEFT HER, SHE DISAPPEARED, LIFE WAS SO HARD FOR HER AND LATER SHE PASSED AWAY. I FELT LIKE I CONTRIBUTED TO THAT,” NJORO SAID.
In addition to carrying that guilt around, Njoro said he also has another regret.
“I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A BIG INVESTMENT BUT DRINKING AND LIVING BEYOND MY MEANS TOOK 50 PER CENT OF THE INVESTMENT. WHAT I CAN ADVISE PEOPLE IS TO MAKE HAY WHEN THE SUN IS SHINING.”
Njoro took his own advise and invested his money well.
