KBC news anchor resigns live on air

After leaving K24, news anchor Samuel Njoroge bagged a spot on Kenya’s national broadcaster KBC.

Yesterday, he again bid the station farewell during a live show.

Samuel announced to his viewers on The Good Morning Kenya show, that he is leaving the station but did not mention where he was heading to.

In his public resignation, Samuel said,

“TODAY WILL BE MY LAST SHOW AT GOOD MORNING KENYA. I WOULD LIKE TO PASS MY GRATITUDE TO THE MANAGEMENT OF KBC AND THE TEAM THAT HAS WORKED WITH ME AND GIVEN ME A WARM RECEPTION SINCE I CAME BACK TO KBC.”

Adding,

“THIS IS NOT A GOODBYE, YOU WILL BE SEEING ME AND HEARING FROM ME VERY SOON. IN THE MEANTIME, IT IS A BOW, AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT.”
