‘Marriage is God’s will,’ Diamond admits he is ready to settle

Bongo mega star Diamond Platnumz has grown a great deal. This comes after he was the talk of the town for impregnating three women and moving on with his life.

The news of his on-off-on again relationships with the mother of his children has made for salacious and juicy gossip fodder.

But in the recent past, Diamond has manned up and decided to actually take his parenting seriously.

During the Eid Ul Fitr holiday, Diamond went back to the place he grew up, Tandale, and donated foodstuff and dished out cash.

After the hectic day in Tandale, he held a press briefing with the media. Diamond told the members of the fourth estate that he would have loved to do the same in more cities in Tanzania and even extend the charity to the whole of the country.

HE SAID, “IT IS NOT A MUST YOU GIVE SOMETHING BIG, GIVE THE LITTLE YOU HAVE. TO MY FELLOW ARTISTES, LET US GIVE TO OTHERS. WE WILL ONE DAY DIE, AND IN DEATH, WE HAVE TO LEAVE A LEGACY THAT PEOPLE WILL REMEMBER US FOR.”

One reporter asked him when he will get married?

Diamond said,

“NDOA INAPANGWA NA MWENYEZI MUNGU LADBDA HIYO EID INGINE IKIFIKA NITAKUA NISHA OA, INSHAHLAH. (MARRIAGE IS GOD’S WILL. WHEN HE PLANS FOR ME TO MARRY BEFORE THE NEXT TIME WE HAVE EID, I WILL HAVE GOTTEN MARRIED, INSHALLAH).
