Nigerian Based Sipho Psyfo Ngwenya Safe From The Protest Shootings. A number of people have reportedly been shot dead or wounded at a protest against police brutality in Nigeria’s biggest city, Lagos. This comes after protests which have been going on in the country, over excessive force and abuse by the Special Armed Robbery Squad.
A lot of South Africans has shared messages on social media, to show that they stand in solidarity with Nigeria. One of those is, Psyfo, who has been based in Nigeria for some time. Many showed their concern for the rapper, actor and media personality’s safety at such a difficult time.
Well, you might be happy to know that, Psyfo is back home. He took to Twitter to announce that he returned to SA, before Nigeria was put on curfew. Psyfo, also put everyone in Nigeria who is is fighting to end the turmoil happening in his thoughts and prayers.
“Made it back home a day before the country was put on this curfew. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Nigeria who is fighting to #EndSars,” he said.
